• This department only gives 3 processing chances on the startup portal. If the requirements are not met, the application will be rejected by the department. Once an application is rejected, processing cannot be carried out and the applicant may only submit a new application after three months from the date of rejection of the application by the department.
• If all necessary documents and criteria are met and the applicant is a registered legal entity and has a fully developed website, the required time will be 12–15 days. For intra-departmental inquiries, the deadline can also be extended to one month.
