  • Unique Name Selection:
    • Pick an exclusive name for your startup, ensuring it complies with Company Act regulations.
    • Apply for name reservation through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

  • Apply for Permanent Account Number (PAN):
    • Apply for a PAN card from the Income Tax department for the company.
  • Licenses and Permits:
    • Acquire industry-specific licenses and permits required to operate legally.
